"Perfect!"
Although yes, you could just go to the gym or fill another shaft with sand, there are benefits to this shaft. You could fill it with sand to make it even better for training. While the gym is a nice alternative, it can't train the right muscles like actually playing lacrosse can.If you want your shaft to feel even lighter, buy and use this shaft, and switch only for games. Finally, yeah, I ranked it a 1 in lightness, but that's a good thing with this shaft...keep that in mind. |

"great for defense"
I bought this shaft as a d- pole with the revo 2.0 and it is sweet. I don't really have to smack down as hard as I can because it just goes down. |

"Great"
I used the goalie size, and yeah, it gets your reflexes faster. But sadly, one crazy night it met it's match with a steel fan. Wasn't pretty |

"still good"
I already have 1 review saying how I like this shaft. Throwing and catching weak handed is a lot easier now. My checks are nastier too. However, one day at practice I thought it felt kinda weird in my hands and I noticed that IT BENT. Yes, that's right, it bent, I still use it at practice though cuz the bend isn't that bad.(The ad says the dpole is 8lbs. but its actually only about 3-5 maybe) |

"Awesome"
Rocks"I bought this shaft a few weeks ago in order to build up some arm strength and throw some nastier checks. And holy crap, this shaft works! Sure it’s heavy, but that’s the reason to buy it. The grip is just like the Krypto's, it is stronger than anything, and it doesn't break the bank. At 35 dollars you can't go wrong. |

"Just fill a 15 dollar shaft with sand and you save some money"
Its a waste of money. All you have to do is fill an alloy 2000 or 6000 and fill it with sand then seal the edge off. |

"nice"
I got the dpole for Christmas. its great. I've been working with it ever since and when I switch to my f-15, it fells as light as a feather. this shaft has increased my strength and speed of my checks. don't try the sand stick idea. the sand moves around within the shaft too much. |

"STUPID"
whoever buys this is stupid. just go in the weight room and lift, what a waste of money this thing is. you don't need a 4 pound shaft when you can go in the weight room or gym and lift some real weights. |

"It Has Made A Huge Difference In My Game!"
Great for training. NOT FOR GAME USE! Now c'mon and start thinking people! But anyway it is a great training device, beats filling your shaft. Practice with it before a game and make your shaft feel like a feather for lighting fast checks and dodges! |
