"Total Destruction!"
I do not own a shamrock ash, but I have a hickory long pole that I had a man from Ithaca make for me. Hickory is the strongest and hardest wood. I put a Revo Pro on and it works the best. This thing is amazingly powerful, I broke some kids F10 in half with one check! INSANE! |

If you have this shaft or any other wooden shaft then you will be look upon highly and if your not all you have to do is hit them once in a game and then they will be under you command. this shaft is tougher than you think I've seen one snap a Brine python like a twig with an "ice pick" it was amazing. although I've only seen one made of mahogany and it was hand carved. |

my friend had a wooden shaft on his head, if your strong enough to endure its heavyness I would recommend it. its also a great training stick due to its weight. I played with his stick for a few days and went back to my old one.. my shot was faster and harder than ever. but maybe the best part of wooden shafts is that you can customize it to your own style (ex: thinning a part of the stick like the harrow) see those rich kids with their brand new $200+ sticks? give 'em a nice whack and see how it dents them. |

"good shaft"
This is by far the strongest shaft on the market! A kid on my team has one and he put a crack and a huge dent in a kid's kryptopro kevlar with it. Great deal for a defenseman who wants to kill people. Great shaft but it is very heavy. |

"Still Great"
My dad had a couple of wooden shafts, and he said that they were stronger and hit harder then the metal ones. I didn't believe him untill he gave me this stick for my b-day. WOW. AMAZING. NOTHING WRONG WITH THIS SHAFT. |

"Sledgehammer!"
I don't have this shaft myself, but I saw a guy in a games with one. THIS THING HITS HARD! The guy slammed it into my Kryptolite, and my shaft got a dent the size of my thumb! Also a great value! |
