This helmet has pretty good protection. its a little snug but it still fits. and the vents help I breath. it came with a throat guard that looks like the chin.

Look closely, it's a hockey helmet that they've screwed in a different facemask and different extensions below the ear openings. Textbook hockey helmet. Mind you I've heard a lot of people think that hockey helmets fit better, have more open view, and protect better from sticks coming up into you chin.

Worst helmet on the market. If you are concerned about keeping your face intact you should not use this helmet. Broke the facemask twice and the nose as many times.

"nice helmet"
The helmet is comfortable, durable, and can fit anybody because of the adjustable feature, I have had this helmet for 3 years and I will have it for another year.

"It's a Team Helmet"
The Helmets are light weight and very suitable for most people. A few guys on our team had larger heads, and the larges seemed snug. The helmet plastic straps are horrible for cold games, it is like pulling teeth to snap them, I highly recommend metal snaps. Overall, our team was content, not to mention I think Maryland uses this helmet, but I favor the Cascades a little more.

I went to a lacrosse camp and a kid had this helmet, when he fell over, from a check, the face mask split in half and the helmet broke. This helmet is weak and not worth the money.
