"cpx is standard now"
everything is good about the cpx, except the fit. the "one size fits all" system sucks. its just foam liners that fall out as soon as you start to sweat. I liked the c2 better. still not a bad option though...

"an alright helmet"
This past season I switched teams and went from wearing a clh2 to a cpx. I have a big head and wear a 7 1/2 in hat size and found that although the helmet is very light, that the cpx didn't fit my head very well (even with all the extra pads taken out). The helmet also doesn't provide great protection, and I felt every hit, even the light ones. The pad with the "X" on it on the back of the helmet also falls off. I expected the cpx to feel a lot better than the clh2, but the one-size fits all feature just makes it uncomfortable.

"You should go with this helmet"
The Comfort of the helmet is not the greatest. I'm a high school player and it doesn't fit very well so if you have a small head don't go with it. It can also brake when you get hit on it- trust me I had the experience. But it is still a great helmet even if it cost a lot of money but it looks so great.

"THE BEST OUT THERE"
Any of you potential buyers looking at any other helmet STOP NOW. This helmet combines the most specific fitting system with the foam inserts, with the new bent face-mask you can see the field better then before. Plus this helmet gives you confidence playing with it, due to the fact that it has to THE COOLEST LOOKING HELMET OUT THERE! The black steel face-mask is the way to go, chromanium looks cool but is a waste of money, as the titanium does not allow the same type of vision plus its like 100$ extra. I gave this helmet 4 with durability because I have only been playing with it for one season.

"Sweet"
I'm going to be a freshman in high school next year. I bought this thing before the season in 7 grade, used it through 7 grade, that summer with express, through 8 grade, and now still using it with express. I have not a single complaint, this is the perfect lax helmet. Light, comfortable, durable, and good looking. Definitely worth it

"Great"
Although being an Australian just a basic CPX was pricey at $240 it is an awesome helmet. When I'm playing it disappears from vision and feel, it wraps its self around your head for a perfect fit. Recommend it to any serious players.

"Very nice."
I've had this helmet for two seasons. The guy below me was right about the new cruddy foam inserts, but if you get a larger piece of foam and put it in the top center of the helmet, it fits nice and snug. The view for this helmet is extremely nice. Still a little pricey.

"getting a helmit... get the cpx"
This is a very comfortable helmet. I tried a lot of helmets and this was the best one I found. if you need something harder and more durable get the CPX Chromanium or titanium. it is a little hard to get over the ears but when you are playing the sweat will slip your ears into the helmet easier. this also comes in a wide # of colors too.
