"Don't buy this"
This is a durable head but has no ball control. If you don't string this yourself the string job is HORRIBLE. Almost impossible to build a pocket in. |

"Its O.K"
This is a good head. It lacks in the stiffness department and there is no pinch to the head. Not having a pinch doesn't give you the ball control that you might what but its not bad. This is a good head for 1 or 2nd year players but after that I would try to move on and get a better head. |

"UGH!"
Alright, I'm not a huge Warrior fan, so bare with me. From my knowledge, Warrior likes to name things with "2.0" on the end for no reason. There wasn't a 2.0 on this stick title, so I bought it. First off, I want to say, THIS STICK SUCKS! The pocket included it too hard, the ball falls out, and you can't deepen it! Warrior just says, "Go buy a new pocket you lazy sack of terds!". Will I say "There is no pinch, you have to unstring it, restring it, buy a terrible heavy Warrior shaft, and go play some damn lacrosse!" |

"good for begginners"
This was my first lax stick and I played defense. I like this stick. It was cheap and I found no problems. I learned to cradle catch and throw very well and in a year I went from no experience to scoring almost 20 goals in a season, mostly from defensive fast breaks. It is good enough for a beginner and a player who is semi experienced. |

"Not -so- Good Beginner Head"
First, when talking about the LaxStar, it is necessary to keep in mind that this is a beginner`s head. So, do not expect that it looks awesome. But, when compared to the Brine Ripper or the STX AV8- both also beginner heads, this product really looses out. It is very wide and therefore makes catching easy- but that's about it. Passing is a nightmare, as well as cradling. Thus, it is difficult to learn the basics with this thing...So, as a beginner, I would rather go for an AV8 or a Ripper. |

"Warrior LaxStar SUCKS!"
I do not know what Warrior was thinking when they put this head on the market. This head has a face soooo wide and is the worst at ground balls. It is super heavy and you have no ball control and cannot cradle with it. The mesh and shooting strings are terrible! I tried changing the shooting strings but it was still a piece of crap. Over all this head sucks and no one should EVER buy it. |

"a good buy for a beginner"
I bought this on a complete stick about a year ago and so far it hasn't broken, yet. I play D and I have a kryptolyte shaft so it makes the whole stick a little clunky. Very difficult to scoop but wide face makes for somewhat easy catching. Throws OK. |
