i had this head for 1/4 th of the seanson and i alrealy broke on the throat. ITs terrible for picking up ground balls. But it can be a good stick if you string it right. Very fun becuase you can stall it on the sidewall very easy |

"sweetness"
i bought this head for 70 bucks at a camp and at first it was a little hard to get use to but on clears it was sweet I was able to feed on the run coming from the other side of the field this head gave me 5 assisst as a defender ive only used this head for camp but its worked wonders its stiff and the hold is sweet |

i play D-pole and I use the asylum..it took a while to get used to the scoop, and the catchign area isn't as big as other sticks but I still love itsuper stiff for pokes and with a great controlfantabulous mid head..but it'll work for every position. |

"Great all around head."
I've had this head for around 2 months, played in some indoor games, strung it many times and fooled around with it for countless hours. Also is my current top rated faceoff head.Weight- I'm not gonna comment on this, a couple oz. shouldn't mean anything to you. Its light though.Strength/stiffness- VERY stiff when first bought, has gotten a little more flexible. has NO give on a poke check, but can be moved side to side. Perfect for a middie, great for faceoffs. Although not having it for a while, I belive this to be a very sturdy head. Has very thick plastic all around, except for maybe the throat.Pinch- GREAT pinch. Its very unique. The top and bottom 'bars' of the sidewall are aproximatly 3 1/4 inch apart, but the sidewall 'ribs (vertical bars) are flared and curve in and then out, so it flares outward on top but has kind of a reverse flare on the bottom. Very nice, I love it. Scoop-The one flaw. Has some lip issues, also can be awkward for scooping.Overall- I love this head. Great for faceoffs, great for LSM, Great for normal mid, great for attack. Not sure about defense, it should hold up fine though. I give it a 5 out of 5. |
