"Fair"
These pads are quite good, they have good padding and I think they have good coverage, but they are not without their fair share of problems, one of these is it gets extremely hot because it is basically just nylon wrapped all around you arms, another is the elbow part is big and gets caught on my shoulder pads |

"pretty good"
This is a pretty good arm guard but I recommend them to starting defenders because the are not the best at covering your whole arm and isn't very hard but if you are attack or mid I recommend the Exolyte as they are durable cover your whole arm and are very reliable |
