"awful in customer service for team orders"
My team ordered screenprinted Under Armour tech tees through the company. While they were very receptive and great in communicating up until the order was placed, we have been waiting for our gear to show up for MONTHS. When inquiries are placed with the company, the sales rep has been giving misleading and incorrect information on the telephone or does not respond to emails at all. I am very disappointed with this transaction, considering SportsHerWay.com has been good in my previous correspondance with them as a personal shopper as opposed to a team rep.

"Reliable, good service"
I have never had any problems with this company. Being from GA where there aren't any lacrosse stores really this company has been the main provider for equipment and everything for me and my friends. They call if they dont have a size to check it and the people on the phone are real helpful.

"good company/fills a need"
overall i have had good service during the last 5-6 years. on a few occassions, merchandise advertised to be for women was not. the last experience was with shin guards. i called to verify sizes/styles and the first shipment was mens hockey guards that were huge! i suspect this is one of the disadvantages to internet shopping. the few times i have driven to the store, the service and selection was great. sue is very helpful with phone orders and information.
