	"poor customer service" over the past several months i have sent many emails requesting product info and have yet to recieve a responce

	"Good Buy" I have had all 3 of their offset heads and like them very much. The only negative issue is that the last head I purchased (Mach 1) seemed to be a duller finish and cracked at the last sidewall hole. I believe the plastic wasn't hot enough when forcesd into the mold.

	"Recommended" MIL's products are from high quality. Even if there's not a lot of choice, you would not be sorry later on if you buy from MIL.
