"Possibly Fraudulant"
I am very disappointed with Lax World. I ordered two custom heads that I patiently waited three weeks for only to find out that they still were not ready five weeks later!! Then they can't find the shipping order for one and don't know where it is!! There has been no call from the manager nor any concession to overnite anything to me at their expense. They don't even know which one they think they sent. UPS has history that they were going to send one but has not received the shipment from Laxworld yet. I will be pleasantly surprised to have this matter resolved and will update my review if it is. My charge card has already been charged for these items that I have not received nor do they know where they are at this point. This constitutes fraud. I will update this website should laxworld decide to take care of this situation in a quality manner. Otherwise I will be filing a better business complaint in Maryland. After I placed my order unfortunately one of the coaches here said that he had placed an order with Lax world that he never received--nor did he get his money back.

"Total Failure"
laxworld is a giant bust. Their site says they will ship the next business day if item in stock – three day service. I ordered arm pads and checked an option for them to call me if the item is out of stock. After not receiving the item, sent an email to inquire as to status. No response. Called to check on status. Nine days after order placed, they tell me it hasn't shipped yet, but will on Monday. I ask if they will pay for overnight delivery like their site says they will if they screw up the order, and they say they'll have a manager call me back. No response. Finally got hold of someone who says the item is out of stock, they've ordered direct from mfg'er, but they haven’t shipped yet, either, and couldn't tell me when they might ship. No explanations for why they didn't let me know there were problems with the order, and no explanations as to why they didn't respond to email and phone inquiries. A total failure as an internet retailer. I cancelled the order, but still haven't received any written confirmation of cancellation.

"The Original and Best"
They were the first and are the best! No other company is more giving and generous as far as donations and community outreach. Customer service is great and their selection is stellar. How many other lax companies have an actual discount outlet store you can visit?!
