"Last time I order from LaxWorld"
It took LaxWorld two months to get the item I order, and when they were delivered it turned out they were the wrong color I ordered. And I cant return them because i need gloves for the season. So I'm going to have to grin and bear it being the only one on the team with the wrong colored gloves. When I spend $170.00 I expect good service.

I will continue to order our teams equipment from Lax World. They have provided our team with great service before and after the sale and supported us whenever we have asked. The orders are checked for accuracy during the process and updates are given to us by their staff.

"Great Store"
Lax World donated very generously to a tournament I worked this year. Their staff was friendly and provided us with awesome prizes for a fundraiser raffle! Always the best and never let us down!

"Possibly Fraudulant"
I am very disappointed with Lax World. I ordered two custom heads that I patiently waited three weeks for only to find out that they still were not ready five weeks later!! Then they can't find the shipping order for one and don't know where it is!! There has been no call from the manager nor any concession to overnite anything to me at their expense. They don't even know which one they think they sent. UPS has history that they were going to send one but has not received the shipment from Laxworld yet. I will be pleasantly surprised to have this matter resolved and will update my review if it is. My charge card has already been charged for these items that I have not received nor do they know where they are at this point. This constitutes fraud. I will update this website should laxworld decide to take care of this situation in a quality manner. Otherwise I will be filing a better business complaint in Maryland. After I placed my order unfortunately one of the coaches here said that he had placed an order with Lax world that he never received--nor did he get his money back.

"The Original and Best"
They were the first and are the best! No other company is more giving and generous as far as donations and community outreach. Customer service is great and their selection is stellar. How many other lax companies have an actual discount outlet store you can visit?!

I live up by their store in Annapolis and if you just buy it at the store, there is no problems.
