"Great prices poor returns"
Bought over $400 worth of equipment. The gloves we ordered did not fit, so we tried to return them. They sent them back saying they were used and dirty. There is no discussing it with them.

the gloves they sent were not the same model year as the gloves pictured on the website, it was the prior year... when confronted their answer was that it's the same thing, despite obviously differences

"Always Smooooth"
I order from the guys at laxmonkey all the time. Customer service is always great and willing to help and are always super knowledgeable of the gear they sell. Definitely recommend to everyone on here!

"Horrible customer service"
Will never order from lacrosse monkey again. Sent gloves back that were too small, for larger size and they refused my package. I now have to pay shipping charges AGAIN to return the gloves because I didn't call and request a return first??!!! Stupid policy.

"Will never order here again"
I place an order 12/14, everything processed got my confirmation number. They called me 2 days before Christmas to tell me they were out of half the stock I ordered. We agreed on replacement items and confirmed sizes, I was guaranteed delivery by 12/14. I found out the replacement order the woman put through was not the sizes we discussed. and here it is 12/26, no order in sight :(

"They have the best selection"
These guys always seem to have the best and latest. I love the website and they get you the goods quickly. They have a loyal customer in me.

"Had problems, but fixed in the end.."
shipped really quick. there was a problem with the merch so we went to the store and after 20 min of confusion they did give us a full credit.

"2+ days before they shipped for me"
I ordered on a Sunday night and they didn't ship until Wednesday. I think that is lame service. In the future I'll pay more to order from the place in my state. If you want your stuff soon go elsewhere.
