Lacrosse International is in dire need of a serious local competitor. I believe that is the only way to increase the front office commitment to customer service. The typical reception and response to requests makes a customer feel as if they are bothersome and causing an inconvenience. Perhaps some employee education on exceeding customer expectations would help. I have been a customer for over 10 years, was with them in their downtown Downingtown location, and have spent quite a bit of money with them. If there was an alternative, I would go there in a heartbeat.

"The Best"
Overall my experience with lacrosse international (aka www.laxzilla.com ) was outstanding. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. I called the -800 number on the website and I was able to quickly speak with a VERY helpful salesperson. I actually called them on three different occasions, and each time was very good. They also have great prices. I HIGHLY reccomend this retailer.

I went on many other lacrosse websites and found Lacrosse International had the best prices and the biggest selection. They had everything I needed and had good descriptions on their products.

I bought my oldest son's first lacrosse at Lacrosse International back when the shop was in the owner's home some 15 years ago. Service was excellent then as it is today. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Each of my four children have bought their equipment there and there has never been a problem. With the ability to buy online and browse the catalogue, it makes life a little easier.
