"Good Prices, Horrible Service, and Unreliable Selection"
The prices are very competative for the items they have, yet many items are out of stock or just unavailable. Still I admit they are willing to order items for you if youre willing to wait.However the biggest reason why I find it difficult to come back to the Cal Lacrosse Co is that they're employees (at the lafayette store) are abominable for the most part. They often try to pretend like they know more than they do, instead of just being honest, saying they dont know, and stop wasting their customers' time. The store used to have a problem with a very obnoxious, stocky kid who used to work there but fortunately he is now gone. Hopefully the California Lacrosse Company will purge a good part of their current staff as well.(note: I have not met everyone there and not everyone is bad.)

"Best of West"
The California Lacrosse Company is one of if not the best lacrosse retailer west of the Mississippi River. This store has everything related to lacrosse, especially Warrior, Brine, and STX. All of the employes are helpful and definitely know the game.

"Need More Employees"
They had one employee on a busy Saturday afternoon. All I needed was to purchase a shaft and after I finally got the single empolyee's time, he said they were out of a particular shaft and that was that. I ended up purchasing a shaft I didn't really want, and then waited almost a half hour just to check out.
